Training TEG

Choose the TEG Training Suit for an economical way to train your workers the proper donning and doffing techniques of the TEG. This suit is manufactured from HiGlo fabric and has sewn-only seams. Blue Kevlar®-lined triple-dipped PVC gloves have been permanently attached to the sleeves and the stocking foot booties are made from HiGlo and are sewn to the legs. These suits are easily identified not only by the color of the fabric but also by the “TRAINING SUIT” imprint on the chest and center back. These suits are not to be worn in hazardous conditions as they do not provide the necessary chemical protection. TEG Training suits are manufactured to order.

TEG Type

Training Suit

Similar to a TEG but sewn only, omits Sealtite cuff system and has permanently attached blue Kevlar®-lined triple-dipped PVC gloves and HiGlo stocking foot booties sewn to bottom of leg. This suit is for training employees and is NOT to be worn in hazardous conditions.

Seams

As this garment is never to be used in a hazardous environment, no armoring is done to the seams. All seams are sewn-only.

Sleeve

Attached Glove Sleeve with Blue Kevlar®-Lined Triple-Dipped PVC Gloves

Triple-dipped PVC-coated glove with a textured layer covering the hand portion of the glove to about the wrist and having a liner made with Kevlar® to provide cut resistance as well as chemical protection. This glove has ANSI Level 3 cut protection.

Fabric

HiGlo

HiGlo is a bright yellow, proprietary polyvinyl chloride compound that is coated on both sides. Our compound gives the fabric a softer, more pliant feel and superb low temperature flexibility. At 19 mils to 21 mils thick, HiGlo is the fabric of choice for maintenance and operations personnel within the chemical/petrochemical and HF Refining industries.
