WorkMaster®

The StaSafe® WorkMaster®, available with front or rear zipper entry, is a Level A protective suit with a streamlined design. It provides ample room in the shoulders, allowing the wearer to easily remove their arms from the sleeves. The WorkMaster® eliminates the need for a 30 or 60 minute SCBA; it causes less fatigue during long hours of use. Available with numerous pass-throughs options. All WorkMaster® suits come with an All-Purpose Hood, which offers an extra large window providing unhampered head movement and include a 40 mil cover window. WorkMaster® suits come with SealTite® glove assembly. This assembly provides a liquid-tight, vapor-tight seal when worn with one of our beaded gloves that offers optimum protection. A rigid plastic insert is fitted inside the glove gauntlet and tapered sleeve cuff. The side pouch is standard on all WorkMaster® garments and accommodates numerous egress bottles. Various boot configurations are available on the WorkMaster®. Other options include, vent system, AC, or reinforcing patches at the knee, elbow or crotch. Every WorkMaster® must comply with the ASTM1052 inflation testing standard to ensure its air-tight integrity before leaving the factory. WorkMaster® suits are manufactured to order. Front Entry

A pressure-sealing zipper with a flap covering the zipper extending from the shoulder crossing the body to the opposite side knee area for ease of donning and doffing.

Rear Entry

A pressure-sealing zipper extending from the crown nearly to the crotch area for ease of donning and doffing.

Per the glove manufacturer: “Broad chemical resistance (acids, aliphatic solvents, solvent mixtures), increased by the thickness of the material. Good grip, due to embossed texture. Easy to pull on and off, due to chlorinated interior. The two neoprene layers superimposed increase the mechanical and chemical resistance. The glove red inner lay ensures that any wear is clearly visible"

Heavy Duty Black Neoprene

According to the glove manufacturer – this glove has “superior chemical resistance against acids and alkalis, such as concentrated hydrofluoric acid, oils, and greases” It also offers some insulation from hot liquids due to the cotton lining.

Blue Kevlar®-lined Triple-Dipped PVC

Triple-dipped PVC-coated glove with a textured layer covering the hand portion of the glove to about the wrist and having a liner made with Kevlar® to provide cut resistance as well as chemical protection. This glove has ANSI Level 3 cut protection.

Attached PVC Composite-safety-toe Boots

PVC boot with a Composite safety-toe that meets ASTM F2413 M/I/75/C/75 EH*. This boot is 100% waterproof, does not transfer cold or set off metal detectors. The outsole provides slip resistance as well as has a chemical resistance to fats, oils, certain acids, alkalies, petroleum hydrocarbons, and other chemicals.

Attached Hazmax® Over-the-shoe Boots

Over-the-shoe Hazmax® boot fits over most shoes and boots and provides excellent chemical resistance. It has a seamless one-piece injection mold construction from a high viscosity flexible PVC that has been permanently attached/sealed to the end of the leg. This seal is liquid and vapor tight.

Attached Hazmax® Steel-toe Boots

Green Hazmax® boot with a steel toe that complies with ASTM F2413-05 and CSA Z195 and a steel shank and midsole. that has been permanently attached/sealed to the end of the leg. The one-piece PVC boot construction makes this a suitable boot for use in environments involving chemicals The seal is liquid and vapor tight.

Attached Molded Black PVC Boots

Molded PVC Boots are made of chemically resistant molded PVC with 3/16" thick soles for protection from corrosive chemicals that have been permanently attached/sealed to the end of the leg. These boots are designed to fit over shoes or light work boots. The seal is liquid and vapor tight.

Attached PVC Stocking Foot Booties

PVC Stocking Foot Booties are molded and permanently attached to the leg cuff. This bootie is seamless, comfortable and shaped to fit smoothly into a work boot. A flap is permanently attached to the outer leg area and drapes over the top of the boot reducing the opportunity for splashes to enter the inside of the work boot. Boots must be worn over the booties.

Hazmax® Steel-toe Boots

PVC Composite-safety-toe Boots

15" PVC boot with a Composite safety-toe that meets ASTM F2413 M/I/75/C/75 EH*. This boot is 100% waterproof, does not transfer cold or set off metal detectors. The outsole provides slip resistance as well as has a chemical resistance to fats, oils, certain acids, alkalies, petroleum hydrocarbons, and other chemicals. *Boot offers some electrical hazard protection. Cover Window-WorkMaster

40 mil thick field replaceable cover window to protect the sealed window from scratches, nicks and/or other minor damage. Flaps are added around the TEG window. The bottom flap has drain holes in the bottom and an extra splash flap. The cover window fits inside the window frame flaps surrounding the sealed window.

AC Unit

Adding an air-conditioning unit helps to keep the environment inside the garment comfortable. We offer a variety of AC units in cool only or cool/warm. Contact our Customer Service to determine which units are available with this suit.

Vent

A vent is added to improve the comfort level of interior suit environment while in use. Two additional hoses are attached to the open ports to add ventilation air to the legs.
